This website was created for the “Orba”, a musical device that allows composing on the go. The website was developed from the Kickstarter page for the device and will allow backers to get more information about the device. One of the most intriguing features of the device for me was its ease of use, and not only that but the fact that its ease of use was the same whether you were a beginner or a pro. However, the challenge was to ensure that the Orba still appeals to both groups of users. I highlighted the “easy to use” feature in almost every aspect of the website, including the tagline at the top of the screen, pictures, text testimonials and video demonstrations. However, each of those elements highlighted both beginning users and professional users. Even the list of features was carefully chosen to make sure both groups were represented. The color palette and typeface choices were designed to emphasize the sleek modernity of the product. (2024)
